To start teleconferencing the only necessary stuff, when it comes to audio conferencing is to have a telephone system, a connection already set up, and a requested teleconference service be it for calling inside the country or internationally. To begin a video conference it is necessary to have the appropriate video telephone equipment for both sides and the service requested to the respective provider. To have a web conference it is only necessary to count with a computer, an internet connection, a web camera, a graphics card, and request the service from a provider online or use a chat program that counts with video chat.
